If you would like to return your order (or a part of your order), this can be done within 14 days.
Via our shop, your return can be registered. This is according to the following steps:
- Go to my account and log in with your account
- Go to the order you want to return, and click on “view”
- In the overview, click on “return products” located in the bottom right corner
- Indicate which products need to be returned
- Declare the reason of the return using the menu or give a short explanation yourself
- Click on “send”
You are responsible for the return and the costs that go along with it. We advise you to return the products using Track & Trace through PostNL so that you have access to the status of the shipping and the delivery.
NOX Amsterdam isn’t responsible for any damage being done to the return or the losing of the return. After we have received your return we send an email as confirmation, and the money will be deposited on your bank account within 30 days.

We handle the following requirements of the articles purchased through our webshop:
- The articles must not be worn or damaged
- Original labels and sealed bags must not be removed from the articles
- Earrings: at least one of the two exclusive NOX Amsterdam earrings must be inside the sealed packaging to make it suitable for return
- Return the article in the original packaging or in another, firm packaging to prevent damage
- You are responsible for the right, and optionally insured return with Track & Trace
- The shipping costs are for the customer to pay.
